Recently I was trying to login to MSN Adcenter account using a Windows Live ID instead of the normal Username.  I’ve always used a username when using adCenter so trying to login with a Windows Live ID was very frustrating when I kept getting an error saying “The user name or password that you entered does not match our records. Please verify your sign-in information, and then try again.”

1. First navigate to the adCenter Login

2. Instead of entering your Login and Password, click on the “Sign In” below the login form where it says “Sign in to adCenter with your Windows Live ID (example555@hotmail.com).“

3.  Enter you Windows Live ID and password and viola…
Pretty simple, but if you don’t know where to look it can be annoying trying to find it.

One thing I also noticed is that once you navigate to the Windows Live ID login it will not go back to the regular adCenter login.  You will need to clear your cookies to get back.
